We sell Second hand parts and as such, they do not come with a manufacturers warrenty. Our Grading Scale offers honest review of the parts we sell and we will inform you of any information relevant to the item/s your are purchasing.
As our parts are subject to review, there are some limitations to a refund or return compared to purchasing new items.
You have 14 days post purchase to contact us if you wish to return your purchase unused and undamaged, as per it’s original listing.
If you have bought a part that is not suitable for your means, by which we mean it does not fit, is the incorrect version or handed incorrectly, you have the same 14 days from purchase date to notify us. We will then respond within 7 days to discuss the issue and where appropriate agree to receive the part via a courier at your own cost. Once the part has arrived with us, we will asses the condition and notify you of either an approved refund or any detail that requires discussion prior to a refund being granted.
Every effort is made to ensure your new part/s are fit for purpose with a guidline on expected lifetime laid out in our Grading Sytem information and our Terms & Conditions. In the event that a part does not meet your satisfaction as definined by its grading, please contact us on the main phone number 07646 781587 or email returns@roadwarriorshq.co.uk.
Please do not try to return parts with new tooling features. We will not accept these as they are no longer as they were sold. We all learn these lessons Road Warriros. They are hard ones, but sometimes it is just trial and error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds can still take a few days depending on the Credit Card company.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will only receive a refund for the price of the part you are returning.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are close enough to us or our travels we may be able to collect from the doorstep, but this is only a services given by our very good nature.
