Shipping Policy

Road Warriors HQ Ship parts domestically in the UK, Europe & Worldwide. We categorise our postage as it provides the fairest costs to the humblest Road Warriors.

All parts are sent free of any liquids or batteries in the condition pictured & packaged cleanly to avoid damage often using clean re-usable materials. Where possible we endeavour to avoid the over use of plastics in our packaging.

Some countries have strict rules on what they persieve to be quality reusable parts. Road Warriors HQ takes no responsability for customs clearances or import taxes. We ship clean parts with a commercial invoice stating the sale cost (value) of the item and ship Incoterms DAP, which states that the customer is responsable for costs incurred during import. We will, of course help with tracking and do our upmost to see a package arrive safely with its new Warrior.

Should an international package be returned by couriers to origin due to incorrect address or absence of receipient, you the sutomer are liable for additional costs incurred. Should the package be returned to origin due to a fault with a third party courier, we will provide full support & look to discuss where costs may fall depending on the nature of the resons for return.

Our larger items will have specific postage applied & may not be included in our free shipping program. Sometimes, it’s best to contact us and discuss which product/s you are interested and where they need to be delivered to. It often works out cheaper and more convenient for all.
